In Vancouver airport, I sit in the presidents lounge of the ritsy hotel awaiting my connecting flight. Scheduled 7hrs after I landed. I contemplated going skiing at a local resort for a couple hours but didn't want any complications making the next flight.
To properly understand my descriptions, I shuld let you know the last time I travelled this far was when I was 5 y/o to Prince Edward Island. I have been much of a traveller. As I sit and write I sip one of my favorite beers, Kilkenny, and wonder why I didn't order a Canadian beer. I'm starring at the enourmous rockie Mountains and like many moments like these, feels like a dream. Guess I better get used to surprises like this.
