Between the Lines posted Tuesday, February 10, 2004 Does the right side of older cars rust more often? A non reliable source suggested the idea that since road salt will gather at the sides of the road it seems to make some sense that right side of cars would rust first. I've never noticed. Could this strange fact be true?
TRAVEL TIP OF THE MONTH: Pillows are a luxury, but a pain to carry around. Leave your head cushion at home and simply inflate the empty wine bag from the first box of wine that is tediously consumed. Enjoy your sleep.
----Born to Beleive------
How do I manage, expecting to earn an eternal smile.
Even for a believer, still sounds to take awhile.
Each day, I bask in the bright Australian sun.
My feet burn from the hot fine sand, every time I run.
Each day I swim a different mile long beach, in eternal bliss.
Yet there's always something, that seems a miss.
Traveling is difficult, leaving behind things I enjoyed, but now they're gone!
While watching people that make me smile like no others can, will always move on.
A wise man once taught me, how to perceive.
How to be happy and how to believe.
Its not about people, or materialistic things.
But rather whether I prefer devils, or angels with wings.
I was told if I believe that's all that matters.
From that point on, life will have no tatters.
While I still try and figure, how all that is done.
I will continue wondering where my next smile comes from.
